It’s that I have lost the possibility I am in intensive training : how to be fucking solid; strong without breaking; bend and twist adapt adapt adapt, stay focused, hands up, weapon at the neutral ready, get grounded, adjust your stance And Do Not Shut down Love flows through me like blood blooms Colors my skin inside out Grief is an opening a doorway unconditional acceptance powers what will become music, your muscle this glowing heart that won’t quit me Thank you For that
